All orders are specifically ordered and customized to customer specifications. Once an order has been placed, no returns or refunds will be provided.

If there is an error on personalization due to an error on our part, you may request a corrected item within 7 business days of receiving the order. No refunds will be issued for these mistakes.

Any spelling errors on the customer's part are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for these errors. There will be no refunds or corrections made on these items. If the customer would like to have the item re-done, fees will apply. We can send one proof per order upon request to help prevent these errors. If a proof is requested you must reply within a timely manner to prevent delays on your order. Proof approvals must be emailed, no verbal approvals will be permitted.

Turnaround time on most of our items is within 7 business days, however, during busy business times, or for large orders, more time may be needed to complete your order. We will let you know of any delays in your order and you may contact us at any time for a status check. We do offer rush services on some items as well as expedited shipping. If you need these services please contact us prior to placing the order so we can make sure it can be done. Some additional fees may apply for rush processing.

In rare instances we may find we are unable to complete an order as requested. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer a similar item or offer a refund.

If an order is cancelled after production has began, there will be a minimum restocking fee of 50%. Most items are custom made to order and cannot be cancelled as they cannot be used for another order. In these cases, the full amount of the order will be due and no refunds will be given. Anyone who does not make payment on the order will be turned over to collections. If you put a stop payment on a credit card transaction without first contacting us, we will turn the account over to collections.
